Suggestions for motivating young African and looking for Mentor(s)

I have an obsession with success. I so look forward to succeeding in life and to also help others especially the youth to succeed. I kindly seek:

1) Suggestions on creative programs/interventions I can start up to help young Kenyans and Africans at large to be motivated and to succeed n life.

2) A mentor here in success as I mentor others. I wanna be responsible to someone in entrepreneurship. One who has made it in difficut situtions

Please people out there, give me suggestions/ideas.

Nov 28 2012: Get yourself to the Landmark Forum - www.landmarkeducation.com - it will change your life and the life of those around you. I have personally attended as have all of my family. It is an intense 3+ day "bootcamp" / life skills training for your mind. They are worldwide and have a session set for Nairobi February 8, 9, 10, & 12 in Nairobi - the last day is to some degree optional. Best of luck.

      Nov 29 2012: Do consider Theodore's advice, though. Many people and organizations put a high fee on information/services that you can also get for free or at the price of a paper back book that is of the same quality.

      And the host does not trail after you to try to sell you upgrades, ebooks, or merchandise.
