    Nov 13 2012: I like the organization in the Canadian territory of Nunavut.
    There are no political parties. You elect someone because they are a good person.
    All agreements in the legislative assembly are by concensus.
    The speaker of the house is elected by secret ballot
    All sittings are open to the public.
