Is there any policy to create and offer safe educational online content?

Knowledge is the only well that shared by humanity through frontiers, barriers and cultures for education and development. During centuries books and paper content with oral knowledge where the main source for education and learning. Thoses sources where known by location and authors and trusted by all communities.

Actually, the educational online content is rich and available anywhere. Is that true? Can we trust all online content? Is there any policy against malicious content? With other questions and inquiries can be asked to be discussed at the global to local levels to create and offer a safe and trust educational environment for learners and mainly pupils.

Thank you for your prompt answer, digital era is going on in all human activities. Developed world have it's strategie and it's tools to protect their educational online content mainly for kids and youth but there is no vision outside those countries, I'm also unaware any global vision in this field. I've presented a communication during the WSIS forum 2012 and 2011 (World Summit Information Society) titled : THE PROTECTION OF THE ONLINE EDUCATIONAL CONTENT : FOR A SECURE AND SAFE USE, the target is to launch debate at the global level to have a frame and vision for all policies. I'm also unaware of any policy or debate in the global level.
For republishing or sharing copyright material there is a business and money behind and a maximum of protection tools were set on. But is there any business behind use of educational online content? The debate is launched for further ideas.

Mohamed, do you mean to ask if there is a demand/if there are regulations behind educational online content?
