Could any restaurant become sustainable?
I like this idea, its a good example of sustainable restaurant, but I found a few articles about McDonald's and other junk food restaurants which are considerated sustainables. They offer tap water, supporting charities and having a vegetarian option.
The Sustainable Restaurant Association might accept them because, and here is the cynical bit, they are the big titans in terms of financial health.
What is the criteria to join the association?
