"Crowd Sourcing" by larva. Will you be participating on the Applied Research Assoc. web site?

This is also a test of the new TED -conversation regulations)

The link below leads to a topic of past TED talks. "Crowd Sourcing" (search Lior Zoref) and discusses an interesting development program with potential CIA "Intelligence" uses.

Mini quoting, “The goal that Iarpa has is to eventually transition this to the intelligence community, and use it for something like the National Intelligence Estimates,”

Will you be participating in ASR's website? Comments, ideas and yes, just plain old opinions are welcomed ( heck who knows!! The CIA, FBI and even China might be watching, right now!!!)

Oct 10 2012: Thank you for telling us about this project. I find it fascinating and will be participating in one.

It has long been known that croudsourcing gives pretty reliable information. I think it goes back to the man who had people at a country fair estimate a cow's weight. In every instance, the crowd was almost spot-on, even though estimates varied widely. That this method of further quantifying answers has yielded 25% more accuracy is very exciting.
