Providing vision to the people with retinal damage.

My idea is to reverse EEG so that it will provide vision to the blind.Here I want to perceive the vision through the camera,process it according to the required frequency,amplitude and send these impulses to the occipital lobe present in the hind brain.i think this might help in visualising the vision.please post your responses and ideas.thank you.

    Oct 9 2012: A single person cannot do such hih technical stuff without any equipments. doesn't TED organisation help in conducting such experiments.
