Let's Make Forming an LLC for entrepreneurs Free

Right now in a recession, we need to make it easier than ever for people to form an LLC and incorporate. Why don't we take away the filing fees? For example in California to re-new an LLC is $800 and to start a new one in Illinois is $600 and that is before you have even tried to make your first dollar!

    Sep 28 2012: why? Most businesses are not corporations. I never have bothered with it. Most people don't. I mean even some of the big boys started in a garage. this is not just electronics; consider the early Beatles.
