what would you do when you're feeling angry?

i often see different expressions, people put when they become angry? let us know how you express your angriness?

    have you heard about Marshall Rosenberg? he has god a good book titled: Non-Violent Communication.
    I recommend to read it as there are many way to express your anger fully and control your anger.

    Well, I hardy show it.. people who knows me they don't know when I am angry by just looking at me.
    This drove my ex-girlfriend crazy when we were arguing over a pointless and special problem that arose. she couldn't know whether I was angry or not.

    "never show your anger" was one of the things I have heard since I was a child.
    when I am angry I take a few deep breath, and try to laugh at me for putting myself in this situation and in some cases I go for a walk.

    Laughter is a great healer of anger. So control your ANGER because it is just one letter away from (D)ANGER
    because when you are angry you will make the best speech you will regret ever.

    Sep 24 2012: I go out onto my front porch, sit on my rocker, and ask myself why I am angry. Then I listen for the answers as they flood my mind (as opposed to my emotings of anger).

    As I accept my reminders that I am not vulnerable, and I am not the judge of others, and that I create my own reality, so what happens to me is what I have brought into my life, my anger goes away and I remember who and what I am and I walk away renewed and refreshed after a period of time immersing myself in the joy of my greater being.
