Logic About iPhone 5 Laser.

Recently I have watched the video of iPhone 5 Laser in YouTube. But I didn't get the logic of the laser keyboard and the holographic concept. How can we do the the video by holographic way by just using the hands or how we drag the keyboard from the phone to the table? Please provide me the detailed answers as I am very much interested in knowing about all these.
