That life is a medium to understand the futility of desire.
No matter what parth we take we can never fufill our desire to be satisfied.
Life keeps presenting more chanlenges, the higher we climb the more we see and desire.
At the other end of the spectrum if we abandon the race to suceed (thats a great word) we get confronted with seemingly insurmountable problems obtaining basic neccesities. Doe's the fault lie in our desiring?

I am the ox bent and burdened
feeding the feeder in silent labor
We are the birds all a flutter
working before winters fury
placing dead remains in life's nest
All has been gained lost forgotten
feeding the ripe with all that's rotten.
