So are you asking for a service that contains a bunch of bibliographical references or something that makes it easier to create bibliographies?

Hmm, I'm not entirely sure a lot of these speakers use sources themselves, I mean, honestly it's like a lot of these guys are the source/reference themselves, and they're just explaining their opinions and thoughts on a subject.
However, a source/reference/recommendation would be really cool, indeed, if applicable. It would help in a lot of viewer research, readings, validation of their claims, promotion for aforementioned references, and overall spreading of even more ideas.

You will find that most of the speakers also have published work. If you click on the "button' that offers you more information about the speaker, you will often be offered their publications or websites.
Their sources for their work, if not explicitly offered on a slide in the TED talk, will be cited in those places (published work and exhibits), as citing sources is part of the professional standard of most professions.
