Your favorite line or Quote to motivate and encourage others??????

Sometimes we feel nervous and weak then we remember something and gather our strength to solve that problem or situation and sometime we say something to others which really motivate them to achieve their goal.....
So what is that Something you have?????

Aug 27 2012: I used this as an Instructor to try and motivate students when I was teaching.

"I cannot force you to be motivated. Motivation is internal to the Individual. The best I can hope to do is provide you a means to motivate yourself. So tell me, what is important enough to YOU that I can tell you that will self-motivate you?"

That usually got them thinking.
