To record all the problems of our world

Imagine a world where every single problem from the shortage of water in a small Indian village to the cancer operation cost of a small Somali girl and the need of a public library in a small town in America , all these problems are listed , updated , discussed , published , and saved till be solved
The idea is to record all these problems, by mean of an open source Technology
Where each one can edit and update the problems around him , and upload it to the website ( wikiproblems ), and each one on the otherside of the planet will have acces to it and can share the solution .

Aug 26 2012: Are you also envisioning a component like this one the UN has just unveiled to track how well (or not) countries are honoring their commitments to the Millenium Goals?

Aug 26 2012: I agree with James and Mohammed on the need for this kind of platform for problem solving/problem identification.
The problems of the world are too numerous, and what some people consider as urgent problems might not be considered as important to those who are thought to be able to provide solutions.
In 1994, developed nations were slow in responding to the urgent needs of Rwandans, who suffered about 100 days of genocide.

It is also wrong for poor nations to always expect rich nations to give them loans and donations and handouts.
Every nation has her own problems; if citizens of nations do not make their leaders accountable by laws, protests and patriotism; problems could be discussed for so long, and on and on; until they become complications that would invite instability.

Aug 26 2012: Ideally, this kind of platform would be a great way to accelerate problem solving/problem identification.
