Global Development Model should be changed, reformed and modified.

Public Education in developed country and as same as in under developing country is a processing system to produce human for planned and existing development model locally or globally.

If world reach to this believe that existing public education is not working and is not generate creative human, first must modify, reform and change development model in any subjects.

For existing and routine development model that west is running and east is copying it, doesn't need creative human and student. This is a template of knowledge and ability definition for a human who has to be an executive person in this development plan.
Ken presented the problem in very good way, but he did not suggest any solution and in fact, does the modernity and development system really need creative people in public education system?

My issue is, people around the world should push leaders/politics to reform and change their way and method to develop their country or the whole world.

Then education system will start to recognize talents and interests from elementary school and categorize them into different area and lead them to be free in creativity that new and reformed development model may need it.

  • Aug 21 2012: We are developing a paradox.

The success of the human species, especially since the invention of the printing press, has largely been due to our ability to pass on knowledge to the next generation. We are succeeding so well that the pace of change is accelerating.

The pace of change is pushing the limits of human adaptability.

When adaptability to new situations becomes the key to survival, the lessons passed down from the older generation could be fatal.

Should we try to teach adaptability or just let evolutionary processes sort it out?

Aug 18 2012: Each nation has peculiar developmental needs; but sometimes the operations of the global economy hinders industrial development and access to education in some parts of the world.
In most cases the goals of big businesses are contrary to a nation's goals.

There is a need for a change of approach to development and education globally. But are we ready to give all it takes?

Aug 17 2012: With the increase in technological developments and machinery, we are losing demand for the blue-collar workers. Machines are almost better in every single aspect. The old routine development model was a good model before, but that was also a time where we didn't have internet and all these technological innovations. Education system needs to evolve in order to address the new playing field.
