The Idea is called as "Parent Fund"
Parents are the one who give us all the possible resources for us to grow and becomes successful. It is a liability that every parent has towards their children, but a lot of us on the other hand forget what they have done to us and how they have shaped our lives instead we leave them, we do not care about them and sometimes push them to live in old age homes. There must be a rule and it must be mandatory likea provident fund that anybody who is earning either salaried or business must donate a very small amount of their earnings to this fund (tax exempted) and whether this person is living with their parents or not the benefit of the fund must be given to their parents who are dependable on their children.
