    A good reminder that technological advance alone is not enough to stop our self destruction.

    I hope that the situation in the USA is not as dire as Chris Hedges thinks, but I must agree that our government seems firmly in the control of the corporations, and their greed and their contempt for people who do not share their selfish values is manifest.

    Aug 4 2012: I didn't watch whole video, but I did get to the part where he said that Greed, and Corporate society is the problem.

    To which I agree, that greed is one of the underlying fundamental problems.
