Memory is more powerful than the experience itself. We choose what to remember. Choose wisely. Todays choices determine tomorrows happiness.

Happiness is something we control. It is not what happens to us... but how we choose to remember what happens to us. So life can continue to test and torment us... but if we choose to remember those tests as pleasant learning experiences, they create future happiness for us. We are the masters of our memories. More importantly we are the creators of our destiny.

Jul 25 2012: I like to remember it all. That way I get to choose what to visit and I can redeem the bad. I had a stroke 7 months or so ago as a result of a spinal surgery. I threw up more than 10 times a day for more than 3 months. Forget, unlikely. Redeem? i think I have done that and will continue to do so. I learned things I never would have learned any other way.
