Working children: should we prohibit, permit or promote it.
For many years various international institutions (such as Unesco or the goverment) have fought against child labor, saying it is a way to exploit them. But since 1976 in Peru there is an organization of children and adolescents who are clamoring for their right to work, ensuring that through work they can get different skills, knowledge and social abilities.
* What is your personal position on this issue that concerns us all, in one way or another?
* If you were the minister of labor in your country, what position would you have to child labor.

ON the flipside, I think every entitled arrogant student coming out of America's school system needs to learn the same lesson I did.I say, the day they turn 15, send their lazy ass to McDonalds and let them learn exactly what they willl get without an education. Then send them back to school and ask, "You ready to learn NOW buddy?"
I wasn't in high school that long ago and I live in Plano Texas, one of the most wealthy counties in the state. I see the spoiled crap that comes out of the high schools. NOT promising.

Remember that we always talks about our experience, but do not say it is wrong to live depending of a check every month, I think that is a matter of perspective. And also what you are saying about the people who works at McDonalds, I think you are being despective with them, how do you know if they really enjoy what they are doing.
I dont think that Rupert Murdoch is happier than the guy who cleans his desk.
You have quite a simplistic reasoning, because we all know having studies does not ensures you have a job.
