Should people use image editors for their FB profile pictures?

Should people use image editors for their FB profile pictures or it's better leave the photo as it is and let people see the real you? If yes, what image editor is the best one?

    Jun 29 2012: As long as it IS you, I don't see the harm.

    Obviously if a 60 year old man puts a picture up of a younger more attractive male, that becomes a problem.

    It also annoys me when people put pictures of cars and stuff.

    Jun 29 2012: I think using image editing software is not a crime. People want to look beautiful, so why not?
