Does anyone have any unique new hire training techniques? Searching for success stories of companies implementing new training methodology.

My company (An email deliverability company, software based) is researching new hiring training techniques or success stories (product training), as we are looking to revamp our training methods. I am interested to hear anyone's suggestions, especially those pertaining to product training.
