Should countries receive more refugees from Congo?

After more than 10 years of a bloody civil war, the humanitarian situation in the eastern part of the Democratic Republic of Congo remains dire with militias still killing and raping women and children. Being aware of this dramatic situation many countries in the world could and should receive more refugees from that country. Why don't they? Why isn’t anyone talking about this?

May 28 2012: My nation takes in a lot of refugees. I am very supportive if this but even so I worrry about introducing people who have seen and lived such horrors into a society where almost no one has experienced war.
