Last year I watched a TED video where the speaker demonstrated an idea to improve patient medical reports. Anyone keep the link?

The medical report evolution was not the point of the TED talk as I recall, but it was an excellent example of what the speaker was trying to demonstrate. I'd like to show this video to a colleague, but cannot seem to recall which video this demonstration is in. Any help out there?
