How do organizations define their culture and why does culture matter? Can culture be created intentionally or does it form organically?

Conducting business in the knowledge age where business happens at the speed of thought, how can we create a culture that support sustainability? How is culture formed? Can we create it intentionally?

When you ask about a culture that supports sustainability, as you asking about environmental sustainability, or are you asking whether it is possible to create a culture within a community that keeps the community alive and evolving productively?
