How to create a trusted, productive, enthusiastic and positive work environment ?

Hello fellow TED community,

I have just graduated in the field of mechanical engineering. I am about to go and work in Vietnam to develop a new production factory.

I would be very pleased if you could share with me your working experience to learn how to create a productive and enthusiastic work environment with my colleagues in order to be innovative.

    May 13 2012: A good way to start is to hire polited, optimistic and committed people in which you can trust. People are the "environment" for any enterprise. People's approach to duty, challenges, problems, relationship... is the key issue for a goor work rnvironment. I really believe init.
