The Concept of Time emerges from our need for Choice
In my views, Perfection does not need the concept of Time, as for any given action, there is only one unique Perfect reaction, and so on... So everything collapses into a unique perfect infinitly small whatever.
No need for Time and Space.
So really in my view, Time (and space) is an opportunity our mind (conscious?) creates to permit imperfection, lack of information, and from there Choice, and life.
To conclude: Choice (tolerance) comes from Imperfection, we have to preserve and accept our differences rather then try to be Perfect.
