Is simplicity the answer? How can we use it in real life?
Whenever we try to manage a system, our world, company, family or even our body, there is a conflict. We don't know how deep we have to go? How much details do we have to know? In other words, do we have to be complex or to be simple? How can we decide when to use which approach?

When it comes to simple vs. complex I consider this: Most things in life are based on fundamentals of human nature and its self-interest. The fact that people are motivated by self-interests is simple, but what their self-interests are can be complex. No two people are exactly the same, therefore being able to predict and control them will inevitabely lead to atrocities.
Now, if you did figure out the answers then you would have all the power. I have to ask, "Would you have enough power to let go of the power?"

Simplicity may require that we relinquish certain things.......whether concrete or abstract.

Through MY lense I see too many people that want to control their environment, the people around them and the list goes on. To start off simply I have to consider this thought, "If an individual is worried about controlling and manipulating others for their own ends (No matter whether the intentions are good or not.) then they are probably not being self-aware."

But the problem is whenever we have an empowered society, there is a disorder. They don't feel the same or work the same which is normal.
Although this is good for creativity but there are too many outputs that eventually leads the system to an unstable situation.

I have come to acknowledge that life runs in cycles. Sometimes we go forward, and other times we fall backwards. This cycle is how we learn what not to do, that is if we are self-aware and acknowledge our mistakes. The world or a regions unstability is no different than what we experience as individuals. Do we always have control over our own lives? I know I don't. However, if I was more aware of myself and my surroundings I would be able to avoid more mistakes or situations; this is unrealistic though, because I am only human.
Creativity is good as long as it is based on known fundamentals. We have all experienced the situation where someone comes up with a really dumb idea that is unworkable or unrealistic. This is usually because they do not have any experiences with the present situation. Now, don't get me wrong, I want all ideas thrown out there, dumb or not, because they will always lead us forward; that is as long as dumb ideas are not imposed on us, because that is when real unstability starts.
Isn't it better to have a little disorder or chaos than to curb creativity?

If the answer to you is that the factor likely makes only a trivial difference, as a first cut you can set it aside and focus only on the others. Your understanding based on the surviving factors is a model which you should understand to be an approximation of, rather than a perfect fit to, reality.
You probably know that Einstein said that explanations should be as simple as possible, but no simpler.
I wish I remembered who said, "For every problem, there is an answer that is clear, simple, and wrong." It might have been HLMenken.

I agree with you. It totally depends on weight of the factors of the system. But as you know, we can take different approaches when it comes to decision making. The problem is with all these tools we have today, the knowledge of us is pretty much but we don't seem to have the wisdom to use it. Why is that?
I sometimes think it is the complexity of our approach to the world that closed our eyes to see the whole picture. We run fast, but we don't know where we are going to.
