up to what extent could the simple maintenance of what we have as africans and orderly behavior reduce our need for aid?

i am persuaded by simple analysis and observation having travelled extensively in africa that order and maintenance are above hunger ,wars, poverty etc in the league of african challenges.imagine africa embracing and fusing into the two simple but fundamental characters.

    Mar 31 2012: Maybe Africa needs a different model to run to instead of "Countries" Maybe it's people need to get back to the tribe.One could pose a name running along the lines of The FTA The Federated Tribes of Africa or something that has some real meat behind it, something that all of africa will see as a binding force.
