Create 100 trillion dollars in credit to immediately reduce carbon pollution across the planet.

Have the World Bank manage 100 trillion dollars in credit which can be used by any nation to build carbon reduction projects. Credit can be allocated by national population and land mass.

All projects will have to be pre-approved and inspected by qualified experts to qualify for payment. Also, severe penalties will be imposed for fraudulent claims.

All nations will have to agree that such credit is equal in value to a given currency and cannot otherwise be denied as valid collateral by any bank and/or government agency.

All nations like free money to build their economy--therefore what is better than offering every nation on the planet a free means to improve national infrastructure and as well offer new employment for many of their citizens.

This concept will work so long as all nations agree to a set of strict terms and understand that no nation will profit above any other nation.
