On the blue tin plate in my lap lay a lake-trout filet that was all I had to show from six hours of fishing through a hole cut in two feet of ice. The temperature outside was zero, our warmest night yet by a good 10 degrees.

i am a 2nd year student from the university of Malta. We are planning to go abroad to experience new ideas and expand our view of architecture and not confine our ideas to the things we only see in Malta and on magazines and the internet. this speech really inspired me and i was wondering if we could arrange something for my fellow student friends and myself to come and experience and learn from the architecture you have to offer.
Can someone give me an email or number i can contact regarding this.
Thanks
Andrew

TED, you really need to get Bill Mollison, Geoff Lawton or one of the other permaculture founders. Just look up the Dervaes family on YouTube. They are doing amazing things that can change how we feed the world. YouTube has all kinds of amazing example of permaculture just search on that term.
