A comment on Blog: You asked Seth Godin absolutely anything -- and he answered

8 hours ago: I have a question Seth- why do some people hurt others intentionally - like they want to hurt the other badly? Does it make them happy? Then why do they do it?

A comment on Blog: Pit-stop for doctors

14 hours ago: Its a fantastic concept. It's often lack of co- ordination and planning that gives rise to major blunders - be it ER, OR or ICU. Is there a similar " cross pollination" team in India?

A comment on Blog: The Buzz: Shukla Bose inspires with her story of education

1 day ago: Shukla has indeed done fantastic work with Parikrma.

It is because of inspiration from her and her teachers, that I was a volunteer at Parikrma for more than two years ( http://www.swaroopch.com/blog/parikrma-kids-visit-yahoo/ ).

    May her tribe increase!

A comment on Blog: How to feed the whole world (the case for white bread): Louise Fresco on TED.com

1 day ago: Absolute nonsense! The solution is in sustainability, permaculture, organic farming, making sure people's health is not compromised, and that means getting rid of processed, refined foods, food additives, GM's, etc. Not sure what LF's agenda is... but certainly not feed the world (unless she is thinking in terms of sub-nutrition...) What we need is for the so called "developed countries" to stop wasting resources, the WTO, IMF, WB, Fed. Reserve, etc., to stop bullying the developing nations...

A comment on Blog: The Buzz: Sunitha Krishnan on the human face of human trafficking

2 days ago: I'm very sorry to posting it here, but I don't see any other way to let TED know about it. I'm sure this presentation is very important, and I really would like to watch it.

I think all Twitter posts here are misunderstanding of 2 separate information channels.
I'm using both. I get information about new video by RSS. When I like to hear what people are saying about live events I go to Twitter.

I believe this is the way people use this two separate information channels. It is user choice to use RSS and/or Twitter at any time.

Of course it is great to inform users about things like TED India by RSS. It will be also great if you will remind Twitter users how to get latest live news about each presentation by Twitter.
However sending 10 Twitter copy&paste news in RSS is just a spam.

Maybe I'm missing something. If this is a case, please let me know what I can do with this 10 posts. However I feel it is spamming, and you harm online users, seekers and TED reputation this way.

A comment on Blog: The Buzz: Sunitha Krishnan on the human face of human trafficking

2 days ago: This is not the kind of TED talk that I've seen before or expected. She just made all of us realize the ground reality in trafficking. She made it a point that touched me, which is don't just look at my photo and admire the work I do, that's not what she wants. Its a call for participation whole-heartedly, accept the victims as one of our own fellow humans.

2 days ago: Sagmeister is such an inspiration. For "Four Sabbatical Lessons From Sagmeister", read http://tiny.cc/p1BPZ. He's done a lot to advance the cause of sabbaticals. Wouldn't it be nice if every career ladder included occasional sabbaticals?

A comment on Blog: The Buzz: Scott Cook on mobilizing farmers

3 days ago: Well, it's certainly true the mobiles phones and a good system can help improve farmers, but Scott didn't seen to realize or acknowledget that others are doing this -- Esoko, Reuters Market Light, etc. I'm involved with Esoko, and they've been working on it for 4-5 years, are operating in over a dozen countries, etc.
